This whole area is criss-crossed with coastal paths and cycle tracks and Port-Blanc, just 1 km away, has a wonderful beach, summer ice-cream parlours, creperies and bars, and a small port offering five-minute boat trips to the charming Ile-aux-Moines, the largest of the many islands in the Golfe du Morbihan. Or visit one of the many sheltered harbours and inland market towns around the bay which offer a bounty of fish restaurants. Tennis and golf are just 3 km away, and boat hire in Arradon 5 km. The medieval town of Vannes is a must to visit, and further afield is Carnac, famous for its megalithic stone.
