This villa was completely refurbished in 2010 so inside is lovely and modern.  It is on a residential domaine, but in the oldest, most established part. Whilst there are other houses around, the hedging and trees are sufficiently mature to create some privacy.  There is a gate at the foot of the garden which opens onto a pathway down to the sea.  The local village is very convenient at only 1.25 miles away.  The coastline here is charming, the towns and villages historic and beautiful - its a great holiday location.
