You can enjoy the amazing views from the pool and terrace, from the open-plan living-cum-dining room and from all of the four ensuite bedrooms – each of which opens onto a balcony.
One distinct advantage of staying at Villa Essor is that you can leave the car behind and walk into the village of Magagnosc about half a mile away: here you will find restaurants, a bakery, banks, a post office and a supermarket. From this outstanding Grasse villa with pool and views it will only take you about ten minutes to drive into the fascinating perfume city of Grasse, about 30 minutes to reach Cannes and Antibes for beaches, harbour cafes or nightlife, and about 30 minutes to get to the vibrant city of Nice, with its famous promenade and art museums.

Villa Essor enjoys a south-facing hilltop location overlooking the Cap d'Antibes, the Bay of Cannes and the Esterel mountains. I would recommend this villa if you love the sun and want a sea view. This is also an excellent starting point for trips: you are near the vibrant city of Grasse with its fascinating medieval centre and its perfume factories, as well as several attractive villages such as Valbonne, Mougins and Gourdon. There are some excellent restaurants at Le Bar-sur-Loup (try L'Ecole des Filles and La Jarrerie). Don't miss Le Pont du Loup and Les Gorges des Loup. You can swim and enjoy the beach at Cannes, and afterwards enjoy a drink at a pavement cafe in its elegant centre.
