Cote d'Azur family villa with independent guest cottage – This is a warm and cheerful villa, built in a traditional country style, set in a residential area of Plascassier, with stunning views over the Esterel mountains and the medieval town of Grasse, the capital of the French perfume industry.Warm pastel colours and soft furnishings help create a beautiful homely feel with the Southern sunshine flooding the villa most of the day.
A huge variety of plants and flowers of all scents and colours can be found in the large manicured garden, mainly laid to lawn, comprising eucalyptus, cypresses, palm trees, fig, orange, and tangerine trees, providing pleasant shady areas during the summer months. A splendid private pool, with its adjacent summer kitchen, is the real jewel of Villa Piaf, where guests can fully appreciate the pleasure of living in the peaceful countryside, yet enjoying the benefits of a village location with local shops on your doorstep.
The charming little cottage built within the same grounds is a very convenient addition to the main villa, ideal to accommodate extra family members wishing to have some privacy. A visit to the nearby picturesque village of Plascassier, which was home to Edith Piaf, is highly recommended as well as to Mouans Sartoux and Valbonne. For your active days out, the Opio golf club is only a few minutes drive away from Villa Piaf and the famous beach of Cannes is a joy for children and grown ups alike.

This is a lovely villa with a great location: just 2 minutes walking distance from shops and a nice restaurant called Le St Donat where you have good quality home-made food. This villa is located in Plascassier, a lovely village, where you can visit a real flower farm: Le domaine de Manon.
I would recommend going to Grasse and walking in the old medieval town where you find a lot of lovely boutiques and can discover the history of the perfume industry. The villages of Mouans Sartoux and Valbonne have plenty of good restaurants and very nice shops.
