Situated on a hill above the village of Roquefort, this is a characterful large family villa near Roquefort les Pins, set in five acres of grounds with dramatic sea and mountain views. It is ideal for families with children, as the gardens are enclosed and the pool has a toddler area integrated into the main pool.

An independent room, unattached to the main house is equipped with a DVD player, video projector with large screen, disco lights and sound equipment. It is available for small conferences, discos and entertainment if requested.

The spacious villa is about 10 minutes drive from Roquefort-les-Pins which has a few village shops and restaurants. Grasse, famous for its parfumeries, the coastal resorts or the charm of Cannes and Nice are all just a short drive away.

This large family villa Roquefort les Pins is a perfectly positioned property to enjoy the Cote d'Azur.
