Twin bedroom (0.90m), dressing area, French doors to terrace, ensuite bathroom , WC.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Double bedroom (1.80m), dressing area, French doors to private terrace, ensuite shower room , WC.
Twin bedroom (0.90m), dressing room, French doors to private terrace, ensuite shower room , WC (this shower room can also be accessed directly from the hallway).
All bedrooms in the main house have air-conditioning and wonderful sea views.

Third floor roof terrace.

Second: living room with kitchen/dining, 2 French doors to rear garden, double bedroom (1.80m), shower room , WC, air-conditioning.

Grounds: gardens are laid out on two levels with teak decking surrounding the pool on the lower level, and lawn on the upper level from which steps lead up to the dining terrace. Behind the house is a further terrace with children' s swings and slide. Garage parking for one car only. No other parking. Alarm.
