A family villa in South west France, Minervois sits in 12 acres of land, in the region known as the Black Mountains, on the edge of the hilltop village of Lespinassiere, with a forest backdrop.

Wooden floors, beamed ceilings and tasteful soft furnishings create a comfortable and bright home. With an all weather tennis court, private pool, lawns, access to forest trails,this villa in southwest France has something for everyone.  And although very much in the countryside, you can stroll into Lespinassiere where the Mairie has a small grocery shop open 4 days a week - order your baguettes in advance!

The Languedoc area is rich in history with Roman and Cathar castles and Abbeys. Summer brings to life the medieval history with entertainment staged in the medieval walled town of Carcassonne. Vineyards abound, with their 'caves' for wine tasting.

This family villa in South west France is always popular, early booking is recommended.

2 acres of lawn and trees. 10 acres of forest with trails to the national park. Tennis court (4 rackets available). 12m x 6m solar heated pool. Pool house with sink, fridge, WC. Poolside wrought iron pergola with table and chairs. Badminton, volley ball. Terrace for dining (at first floor level to rear of house - a small lane runs alongside the terrace), retractable awning (with wind sensor), portable barbecue.
A stream runs the length of the garden.
The pool and tennis court cannot be seen from the house (approx 150m away).
Childrens play area (swing, slide, monkey bars) also available, used at clients own risk.

Location Information

In the village of Lespinassiere (1 small grocery shop, cafe-bar, small restaurant). Citou 1.5 miles (fresh fruit & vegetables and a restaurant). Caunes-Minervois 6.5 miles for all amenities. Carcassonne airport 40 mins. Toulouse & the Mediterranean 1hr 30 mins. Wine tasting, hiking, caves nearby.
