This Toulouse family villa is located in the rural south west, a short drive from Toulouse. Built in 1843, of stone with striking red brick detail, this traditional farmhouse has been renovated to provide a luxury country villa. The spacious accommodation is split into two self contained wings, providing the ideal holiday destination for large groups providing facilities for the group to come together in the West wing, whilst at the same time providing plenty of space for those who seek space away from the group. Each wing is furnished to the same exacting standards, enhancing many original features, whilst ensuring the whole property meets modern day demands.

Lauragaise is set on a hillside, close to woodland in the delightful Haute Garonne countryside. The local area is well served by country restaurants, and the nearby traditional town of Villefranche de Lauragais has a weekly market. There are lakes close by this Toulouse family villa, offering various water sports, as well as popular trips on the Canal du Midi.

This is a no smoking property - although smoking is permitted outside. The discreet owners live in the gatehouse at the entrance to the grounds and are available to help if required. They can provide full catering or gourmet meal service.
