Luxury seafront villa - This stunning, modern, glass fronted villa offers the height of luxury and comfort, with an enviable beachfront location, close to the popular town of Sete. A combination of local stone, glass and wood provides a spectacular entrance to the villa, and once inside the rooms are light, airy and beautifully furnished with stunning sea views.

Complementary services are offered to guests at this luxury seafront villa, including a water sports programme with water skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding and 2 days per week use of a speedboat. There are bicycles available for every age to ride along the Promenade. Within the villa there is a cinema room, sauna and gymnasium with table tennis and table football. Spa treatments, chef services and childcare can also be arranged.

Sete is a warm and colourful town, known as the Venice of Languedoc with its canals and small bridges. Once a small fishing village on the island of Mont Saint Clair, it became the definitive Languedoc fishing port for France on the Mediterranean and the harbour still buzzes with fishing boats and yachts vying for space. Climbing Mont Saint Clair, you will have a wonderful view of the town, the port and the Pyrenees. There are 12 kms of sandy beach stretching from Sete to Cap d' Agde. Nearby this luxury seafront villa, Montpellier is well worth a visit; one of the youngest cities in France, it comes alive at night with open-air cafes, nightclubs and piano bars.
