The view from this property has got to be one of the most amazing in the region, and I love the dramatic rockery which feeds the pool. What a great place to spend a holiday. The warm Provencal colours indoors add a cosy, welcoming feeling. If you can drag yourself away from this wonderful property go and visit Saint Restitut a few minutes away, it’s full of history from the Romanesque to the Renaissance periods and onwards: just stroll around the narrow streets and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. After that you might feel like some wine tasting at the “cathedral cellars”, an astonishing underground cathedral providing perfect humidity for the “Celliers des Dauphins” wines. A little further away in the village of Saint-Paul-Trois-Chateaux you’ll find a few restaurants: Let Lui (a gastronomic restaurant) and La Chapelle, which offers traditional cuisine, are both situated in the old town, so very romantic.
