Old Antibes is a traditional Mediterranean sea port, encircled by ramparts, with a weekly Provençal market. Its harbour is home to many beautiful yachts. There are numerous narrow streets to be explored from this Antibes family villa, with restaurants, pavement cafes, shops and a medieval castle, now devoted to the works of Picasso. Juan-les-Pins is known for its sandy beach with an array of activities and restaurants, wide promenade bustling with craft stalls, and vibrant nightlife. Hiking the original pilgrim' s trail up to the ' Phare de la Garoupe' lighthouse and chapel is well worth the effort for the spectacular views. |
