Description A luxury French apartment near Toulouse, Les Epices is the east wing of a large country villa, built in 1843, of stone with striking red brick detail. It is only available from October to June with use of the pool shared with the west wing (PR552 La Canelle). Set on a hillside, close to woodland in the delightful Haute Garonne countryside, this traditional farmhouse has been beautifully renovated to provide a luxury holiday in south-west France. The local area is well served by country restaurants, and the nearby traditional town of Villefranche de Lauragais has a weekly market. There are lakes close by this luxury French apartment, offering various water sports, as well as popular trips on the Canal du Midi. In July & August the property can only be booked as PR551 Lauragaise, which includes the adjoining west wing. Each wing is completely independent with it' s own access. The swimming pool will be shared between the two wings. This luxury French apartment near Toulouse is a no smoking property - although smoking is permitted outside. The discreet owners live in the gatehouse at the entrance to the grounds and are available to help if required. They can also provide full catering or gourmet meal service. |
