Accommodation Ground floor : Large sitting room with windows looking onto the courtyard, stairs lead down to dining room with an open plan rustic Provencal kitchen and large fireplace. Music room ,(TV/DVD/CD) vaulted ceiling, French doors to the garden. Small reading room with access to garden. Guest WC . First Floor : Chinese style twin/double bedroom (1.80m or 2x0.90m) with adjacent bathroom overlooking the garden. Provencal style twin bedroom (0.90m) with ensuite shower room with walk-in stone shower and WC.(Please note there is a low beam in this room.) Master double bedroom (1.80m) ensuite bathroom with separate shower cubicule and a dressing area. Grounds : Partially enclosed,grounds with lawned areas and a large shaded patio with outdoor dining for 12. Pool house with summer kitchen, barbecue, fridge, shower, WC.
