Description This French villa with shared pool is located just outside the perfume town of Grasse on a large domaine. This single storey villa is compact but ideal for a small family wishing to enjoy the local facilities offered on the domaine whilst being within easy driving distance of the many fascinating towns and villages of this part of the Cote d' Azur. Carefully furnished throughout, this stylish villa is equipped with all modern conveniences, including air-conditioning in the living areas. The garden is small but well planned and planted with cactus, olive trees and magnolia. The domaine offers fantastic facilities free of charge (with payment of a refundable deposit). This includes a large picturesque lake area, two tennis courts, two swimming pools, volley ball, table tennis, basketball and a boules court. A swimming instructor is present during the season. The nearest beach is at Cannes, just 7.5 miles away. This French villa with shared pool is ideal for a small, active family. |

Accommodation All on one level: Kitchen/dining/living room , large table with four chairs, sofas (TV, DVD, video - please note the TV only receives French stations), air-conditioning, French doors to garden. Master bedroom (1.60m), separate bathroom, WC. Twin bedroom, French doors to garden (0.90m) ensuite shower room, WC Grounds: Front garden shielded from other properties with a hedge, well planted with olive trees, cactus and magnolia. Wrought iron table and chairs. Parking for one car. Rear garden with terrace and pergola, table and chairs, sun loungers and electric barbecue. Please note in the domaine is a large lake - care should be taken with children. |
