This beautiful and luxurious modern villa near St Tropez sits on a hillside just outside Grimaud with fabulous views across the hills to the Gulf of St Tropez. Traditional features have been given a modern twist to create this very stylish villa; a central open fireplace, sumptuous furnishing, warm terracotta colours against sharp-angled architecture . Large sliding doors flood the house with light and make the most of the wonderful views.

The old town of Grimaud has a small selection of shops and cafes, but there are a wealth of hilltop villages to visit in the area surrounding this modern villa near St Tropez, including the delightful villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle, Plan de la Tour and La Garde Freinet. In summer many festivals and events take place here.

St Tropez is just 20 minutes for a wonderful selection of chic cafes, shops restaurants and more, as well as a large market on Saturdays. For sports enthusiasts there are a plenty of activities including sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, horse riding, hiking and go-karting. There are beaches at Port Grimaud, but the long sandy beach at Pampelonne is only 20 minutes drive from this modern villa near St Tropez.

Split level living room (TV,CD), central open fireplace, high ceilings, large glass sliding doors to covered terrace with sea view.
Well equipped kitchen/dining room , large glass sliding doors to covered terrace with built-in barbecue.
Guest WC with adjacent shower cubicle (can be used as pool shower).

First floor:
Master double bedroom (1.80m), French doors to terrace with sea view (terrace has low walls, not suitable for young children), ensuite bathroom , WC.
Double bedroom (1.60m), French doors to garden, ensuite shower room , WC.
Twin bedroom (0.90m), French doors to garden, ensuite shower room, WC.
Twin bedroom (0.90m).

Grounds:
Lush, well-stocked grounds surrounded by unspoilt countryside. Large 12m x 6m pool. Covered terrace with outdoor dining, built in barbecue, lovely sea views. Ample parking.
Please note: the grounds are terraced with some steep drops and low walls; not recommended for young children.

Grimaud for shops & restaurants 3 miles. Cogolin, Gassin & Beauvallon 15 mins. St Tropez 20 mins. Pampelonne beach 20 mins. Toulon/Hyeres airport 50 mins. Nice airport 1.5 hrs. Golf, tennis, horse riding and go-karting within 10 mins.
