This French village villa is well situated in a mature residential area just 7 minutes walk from the centre of the village of La Croix Valmer on the Cote d'Azur, which offers a small selection of shops and restaurants.

The local beach is 2km away, while Pampelonne bay, which is a 20 minute drive, offers 4km of classic French Riviera golden sands fringed with chic bars and cafes, including the renowned Club 55. Golf enthusiasts will also enjoy this La Croix Valmer holiday villa.
