The reason for this being one of my favourite houses is its superb location, combined with the comfort and elegance of the interiors (great bathrooms by the way!). One of our most prestigious villas, it is located in the exclusive area of St Clement, 5 minutes from La Garde Freinet, a lively village full of fun with several restaurants, some with live music in the evenings, such as le Kiosk and Le Carnotzet in the Place du Marche and La Faucado on the main street. Wonderful walks up to the famous Cross above the village with panoramic views of the mountains and to the sea. There is also a food and clothing market on Sundays and Wednesdays in the village. Of course you are also within easy reach of St Tropez and the very famous Pampelonne beach with its famous beach restaurants such as Club 55.
