St Tropez farmhouse holiday - This 18th Century farmstead is comprised of a small hamlet of traditional stone cottages surrounding a main farmhouse, set amid tranquil forest. These quaint cottages offer a pleasantly secluded place to relax, whilst being close to the lively village of La Garde-Freinet. The hamlet has a country feel with simple and comfortable interiors: an ideal place for a large group of family and friends to escape the crowds.

The grounds and accommodation are on a number of different terraced levels giving a marvellous opportunity to explore the garden's wealth of mature plants and trees such as cypress, palms and olives. To add to the enchantment there are peacocks around the garden. The land is bordered by a stream beyond which is an opportunity to explore the surrounding hills with numerous walks.

The delights of the region are nearby with many picturesque hilltop villages to explore, as well as plenty of lovely sandy beaches within easy driving distance, and of course the chic cafe culture and nightlife of St Tropez just 25 minutes away.

Dining room with seating for 10, open fireplace.
Living room (CD, TV & DVD on request), open fireplace, French doors leading to a vine covered terrace with outdoor living.
Well- equipped bar with ice machine and America fridge. Guest WC.
Well equipped farmhouse kitchen/breakfast room, dining table for 10, open fireplace. Access to dining terrace with refectory table for 14.

First floor:
Bathroom, WC on half landing.
4 double bedrooms (1.80m, 1.70m, 1.60m, 1.40m), one bedroom has sloping ceilings, one room could have an additional single bed.
Two separate bathrooms both with WC, one with separate shower.

Ground floor:
Outdoor covered passageway with direct external access to double bedroom, (1.80m), ensuite shower room, WC.

Grounds :
Pool (10m x 5m). Large grounds with mature trees, forest and stream. Access via 5 minute rough country lane: not for low slung cars. Table tennis and a big selection of books and board games are available.

NB: The guardian lives within the grounds in an independent property. Due to the stream and steeply terraced grounds, children must be supervised at all times.

La Garde Freinet 10 mins. Grimaud 15 mins. St Tropez 25 mins. Toulon/Hyeres airport 45 mins. Horseriding in the village of Plan-de la-Tour 10 mins. Golf & tennis within easy reach.
