St Antonin du Var has a small supermarket and bakery, the larger, medieval village of Lorgues has one of the major markets in the region every Tuesday, and is home to the famous ' Bruno' truffle restaurant. There are many stunning towns and villages within 20-40 mins drive of this country villa, such as Tourtour, known as the 'village in the sky', Entrecasteaux with its marvellous Chateau and gardens, Villecroze and Salernes, famous for its pottery.
The coast at Frejus is only 25 miles away from this country villa, and the spectacular Gorge du Verdon is within an hours' drive with breathtaking scenery for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, or rafting along the river.
