Within a short journey, you can be amongst the stunning Préalpes d’Azur Natural Regional Park and the abundance of lavender bringing colour to the landscape. Hailed as one of the most glamorous places in France and most famed destinations in Europe, St Tropez oozes opulence. With A-listers found dining in the restaurants and multi-million-pound yachts in the harbour, expect extravagance and captivation from this unique destination. There is a lot to see and do in St Tropez, but, with only a day, we would advise some self-indulgence. Hit the shops and treat yourself to the new staple of your wardrobe! After the morning of refreshing your wardrobe, head to the Old Town, La Ponche to explore the narrow winding streets of what was once, a quaint fishing village.

Day 4: Historical Hilltop Town

If you’re searching for authenticity, a visit to a historic hilltop town is a must and Gourdon is as untouched and preserved as they come. Voted as ‘one of the most beautiful villages in France’, your accent is equally as jaw-dropping as the hamlet itself! Perched high on the top of a rocky outcrop, Gourdon seems as though it has emerged from the ground and the views that the elevation rewards visitors with are outstanding, stretching as far as Nice and beyond. The medieval village has been lovingly restored, and now all are invited to tour the winding streets and to admire the historic buildings.
