This Mediterranean cottage stands on the Port du Roy Marina in Aigues Mortes, a lively historic town on the border of Languedoc and Provence. Part of a new development within the Marina complex, on the terrace you can enjoy swimming in the exercise pool or dine alfresco watching the yachts pass along the canal. The cottage is in a superb location; being close to Aigues Mortes means you can stroll to the local shops and restaurants, and you can also hire a boat and explore the canal system. The canal paths also offer car-free walking and cycle routes. There are also several sandy beaches nearby to spend a day at, or you can head to Nimes and discover its history and culture.
On the ground floor of La Maison Occitane, there is an open plan kitchen and living and dining area with French doors leading onto the terrace and the plunge pool. On the first floor, there is the double bedroom with views over the marine and twin bedrooms. The grounds are enclosed within the marina complex, and there is a built in BBQ with outdoor dining facilities.

Full of character with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, the villa is just a 15-minute drive from Cannes and is close by to many other stunning Cote díAzur attractions. With the art galleries, eateries of Mougins and fabulous hotspots like Cannes, St Tropez and Nice of the French Riviera, this villa is perfect for a luxurious holiday with family.
The three-bedroom villa is a lovely place, with lots of outdoor space and large pool. There is a covered eating area on the grounds too, for dining alfresco.
