Villa Mougins
This contemporary and stylish villa is nestled in the
beautiful surroundings of the medieval village of Mougins, only 6 miles from the
beaches, shops and nightlife of Nice. Mougins boasts a plethora of medieval
buildings, quaint, narrow side streets and traditional European squares, full
of cafes, restaurants and bars that are full of life and accurately convey the
authentic French lifestyle. Here you can settle down for mid-morning coffee and
pain au chocolat as you relax and watch the world go by. A path leads you
directly from the villa to the Valmasque National Park, home to a variety of
hiking and cycling trails for the more adventurous! The villa is also close to
a well-known golf club, the perfume capital of Grasse, numerous medieval
villages located on hill tops and the delights of beaches, bars and shopping in
Cannes.
The villa itself is spectacular, boasting the ultimate
contemporary living situation, including a state-of-the art heated pool a
miroir deau which was designed to reflect the nature surrounding it. The
cool white walls of the interior contrast with the green of the gardens
outside, which is highlighted by the many glass panels and doors, creating
somewhat of a luminosity within the villa. The property also features
underfloor heating for winter breaks, air conditioning, video entry, Wi-Fi, a
Jacuzzi and 3 hours of maid service each day, as well as all the latest
appliances in and around the villa. The property can sleep up to 8 guests, with
three bedrooms in the main house and the option for a guest house. For a family
holiday youll never forget, which offers maximum relaxation, check out the

Tour de la Baie
This villa, close by to the lively city of St Tropez, was
selected for the Best for beach category, and this is hardly surprising for
us at Quality Villas and anyone else who has stayed there can attest to its
convenience for beach-goers. This property sits just metres away from the
splendid cove of LEscalet Plage and sees spectacular views over the bay
between Cap Taillat and Cap Camarat. The nearby medieval village of Ramatuelle
is just a short journey inland and is well worth the trip for the panoramic
views of nearby bays from the top of the hill. Drive to St Tropez for a day
trip where you can wistfully gaze at the luxurious, multi-million pound yachts
that have parked up in this old fishing port for the day.
The single storey villa itself is simple and elegant,
consisting of three bedrooms, a kitchen/living area, a shower room and a
bathroom, all with terracotta tiled floors. The outside areas are fantastic,
with a beautifully decked terrace with stylish sun loungers, a Balinese day bed
and a covered terrace, where you can spend your days, cocktail in hand, gazing
out towards the Mediterranean Sea. This area also features a hot tub, offering
ultimate opportunities to relax both together as a family or enjoying some
alone time during your time away. Theres no pool, but with the beautifully
calm seas of the LEscalat bay just metres from your door step, morning, midday
and evening dips are an absolute must, and will soon become something of a
favourite hobby!
So whether you opt for being in love with luxury at Villa
Mougins or beach bums at the Tour de la Baie, both these fantastically French
properties will offer you an unforgettable holiday. Trek the Valmasque National
Park, swim in the sea or simply sit outside with a good book, and appreciate
the sheer beauty of the south of France. See what all the fuss is about by
booking one of these villas, or discover a hidden gem of your own for your
holiday this year!
