Festival de Musique Ancienne de Lanvellec et du Tregor returns to Brittany, with

The two-week event, taking place from October 15th-30th,
harks back to when Baroque music was an important element of life in the royal
courts of Europe, from London to Versailles. It brings together the music from
some of the best composers of the time, including Vivaldi, Purcell, Destouches,
Zelenka, Dowland and Gabrieli, performed by a sensational line-up of
world-renowned classical musicians.
Taking place in venues throughout the towns of Lanvellec,
Lannion and Plestin Les Grees, the public will be invited not only to concerts
but also a series of lectures and discussions with the artists, offering
further insight into the enduring appeal of Baroque music.
