Just a short walk from the world-renowned La Garoupe beach and its delightful restaurants, and a short drive from Antibes town centre, this family villa with private pool is in a truly exceptional location. The villa is simply yet elegantly furnished to create a comfortable living environment and make this the ideal base to enjoy one of the most delightful spots on the Cote d’Azur. What a treat it is to stroll down to La Garoupe beach, perhaps to enjoy one of its fabulous restaurants such as La Plage Keller or Le Rocher, without having to worry about driving. If you are feeling more adventurous, the coastal walk around the Cap d’Antibes known as Le Sentier du Littoral – easily accessible from the villa – is famed for its stunning sea and mountain views. Afterwards, why not relax on the villa’s charming outdoor terrace, or perhaps enjoy a swim in the pool? Antibes offers an exciting and extensive range of things to do, whilst enjoying close proximity to the Cote d’Azur’s other main attractions. The old town, or ‘Vieil Antibes’, with its narrow, cobbled streets, abundance of cafés and daily Provençal market, is a charming place to spend an afternoon. The Musée Picasso to the east of the town centre, formerly known as the Chateau Grimaldi, boasts one of the most interesting collections of paintings in France, and is a must for art lovers. Further afield, other nearby towns and cities along the Cote d’Azur have plenty to offer. Whether it be Cannes with its 'shopping paradise' of Rue d’Antibes, Nice with its celebrated Promenade des Anglais, or indeed villages further inland such as Biot and Valbonne, you will find plenty to do during your stay at Villa du Cap.

“ The situation of this villa is excellent. You can leave your car in the property, walk down the road and you are on the lovely sandy beach of La Garoupe, where you will find some very good restaurants such as Le Cesar and Pavillon Beach. You can enjoy public or private beaches to relax and admire the sea view. You also have the possibility to walk on the seaside and go round a part of the Cap d'Antibes on an easy path. If you want to go to town, you are not far from Antibes, with its old town where I recommend trying the restaurant Les Vieux Murs which is situiated on the ramparts. In the evening, you can go to the glittering town of Juan les Pins where you will find an incredible atmosphere all evening, and into the small hours of the morning. ”
