Set near the peaceful hamlet of Peymeinade with its pretty streets and surrounding countryside is Le Pressoir - a luxury villa with a spacious garden pool. Surrounded by private, terraced olive groves and a wealth of mature trees leading up to a woodland, it's quite the countryside retreat, and benefits from lovely views over the Vale of Grasse towards the Mediterranean. Full of character, Le Pressoir features wooden beamed ceilings, rich patterned terracotta floors and stylish soft furnishings but still manages to ooze comfort. Step outside and dine under the shelter of a covered terrace or bask in the sun on the generous lawn - a perfect place for the kids to run around, and then there's the pool of course. Peace is most certainly on the menu at this luxurious Grasse villa, but you are ideally located to make the most of the illustrious French Riviera coast. Nearby villages Peymeinade, Cabris and the perfume capital of Grasse offer typical French restaurants, cafes and of course perfume houses for the latter. There's also windsurfing and boating on Lac de St Cassien and golf for those in search of activity. And, just a short drive away you'll also find yourself at Cannes or Nice for a glamorous day out at the beach.
Set in the middle of olive groves, this is lovely peaceful Peymeinade luxury holiday villa with pool is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It's also convenient for the fascinating medieval city of Grasse. I would certainly suggest visits to an authentic olive mill in Spéracèdes and to the International Perfumery Museum in Grasse. Not only will you learn more about the two most historical trades in the region, you will have the impression of being transported to another world where scents and odours become overwhelming, mysterious and magical. Plenty of space for the children to play, sunny and shady tranquillity for the adults. A villa with real Provencal character, great for family holidays.

The photo in this collection of the little boy setting the table was taken by me. Him and I would pop down to the local village in the morning and buy fresh baguettes and a selection of pastries. We would sit with my husband at this incredible old stone table (I think it may be made from an old mill wheel), under the shade of a magnificent old tree with views across the region to the sea. It was awesome and such a privilege. The pool is at the back of the house surrounded by a large flat lawn which would be great with more kids. The covered terrace by the pool was a god send for me in the heat of the day. The house itself is charming. The photos show that some area are more old fashioned like the bathrooms but I love them - a testament to the changing history of a house. The whole place was spotless and spacious. It felt like we were in our own oasis - but we have so much to do the moment we left the villa.
The views were stunning
Le Pressoir. The views were stunning (and undersold on your website). The swimming pool was really excellent (especially the 3m depth) as were the grounds.. The house was a little bit tired around the edges and could do with a makeover, but as the weather was so great we spent very little time indoors so this was of no great note. The downstairs initially smelt strongly of dogs, but we cured this with an air freshener spray. I suggest the owners / housekeeper should give it a good dose of air freshener if dogs have been there the previous week.
We will use Quality Villas again, but not next year as we are staying in the UK for family reasons.
From Quality Villas: we have written to the owner to inform them of the need to freshen areas after pets may have stayed.
