A truly beautiful villa built in recent years, surrounded by manicured gardens and olive groves, within walking distance of a local village and a short drive from the lovely villages of Claviers and Bargemon in southern France. This villa is wonderfully well-equipped with the latest word in modern technology and hi-tech appliances. Beautiful antiques and rich, colourful decor create a warm and inviting atmosphere inside, whilst outside stunning gardens surround the sea-green salt water pool creating a calming environment in which to really relax and unwind. Les Jardins Varois is perfectly placed to visit the Cote d’Azur and Var regions of Provence. Bargemon sits high in the forested hills of the Var; a vast, unspoilt area dotted with picturesque villages reaching down to the Mediterranean coast, encompassing Ste Maxime and of course St Tropez. Head inland from Bargemon and you are quickly entering mountainous terriroty and the stunning Gorge du Verdon and Lac de St Croix, offering a multitude of outdoor pursuits to enjoy from rafting and kayaking to hiking and horse riding. The Cote d’Azur is also close by, with Cannes and the famous Croisette within about 40 minutes' drive. En route you can visit Lac de St Cassien for various water sports, or stop off in the thriving town of Grasse, famed as the home of the perfume industry, to stock up on your favourite scents, or perhaps even create a unique fragrance of your own in one of the perfume factory shops!

“ This is what I would call one of the most luxurious villas in the region living up to the highest standards of comfort; a perfect retreat from a busy life of board meetings or other stressful activities! And there is a Michelin starred restaurant within a 5 minute drive or local village shops and restaurants within 15 minutes' walk. When you have tired of lounging by the pool there are wonderful long walks to be had in the surrounding hills or if you are feeling really energetic there are lots of different things to do including cycling, horse riding, canoeing and if you venture a little further north 40 minutes drive you can visit Gorges du Verdon; this canyon is unique in Europe and a must to explore. There is also canoeing and many water sports on lake St Croix. St Tropez is not to far if one wants to venture out for the day on the coast. ”
