Luxury St Tropez Villa – La Comtesse is a beautiful Grimaud villa which enjoys magnificent, sweeping views over the ruined castle of Grimaud and the Gulf of St Tropez. Beautifully renovated and elegantly furnished, it offers absolute comfort in an amazing setting, within easy reach of St Tropez and the French Riviera.
Near to this villa is the charming medieval village of Grimaud, with a small selection of shops, restaurants and bars as well as tennis courts. It is just one of many inland villages, each offering a unique character. There is a golf course just 4 miles away at Beauvallon and the Club there offers lots of activities including various watersports on the local beach. Horse riding, hill walking, go-karting, polo matches and fun fairs for young children are all on offer nearby, as well as festivals and firework displays throughout the summer. The main attraction at this beautiful Grimaud vacation villa must be the town of St Tropez itself with its chic cafes and sophisticated nightlife, and of course Pampelonne Beach and the famous Club 55, both within 20 minute drive of the villa.

If you are looking for a sophisticated and elegant holiday villa with a real South of France feel to it, this could be the place for you. The "wow" factor for me has to be the stunning views from the terraces, which overlook typical Mediterranean terraced gardens, the castle ruin of Grimaud and the gulf of St Tropez beyond. Just one mile away lies the village of Grimaud where you have a choice of places to eat, ranging from a simple and charming pasta restaurant and a typical French bistro to haute cuisine. On Sunday morning you can visit the famous antique market Jas Robert down the road: why not start your day off with a relaxing cup of coffee and croissant here? Other activities nearby include golf, tennis, riding, the funfair and, being close to the sea, there are also boating and sailing of course. The famous Pampelonne beach with its well-known restaurants (such as Club 55) is also within easy reach, and the markets in Cogolin and St Tropez are a must.”
Wonderful villa, Fabulous location
Mrs M, Hampshire
I recommend this villa very highly! The house itself is comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully furnished, with everything you could want in my opinion. Plenty of loungers and comfy places to sunbathe or to read in the shade; a really nice pool with room to swim lengths as well as play games; several different tables and chairs for a variety of places to eat breakfast or to sip your aperitif! And the views were simply stunning. There are supermarkets within easy reach and plenty of weekly markets to visit too. The village of Grimaud is very pretty with a nice atmosphere, cafes and restaurants, and Port Grimaud was a revelation to us - like a mini Venice. It was also easy to park in Port Grimaud and get the ferry over to St Tropez, thus avoiding the hideous traffic. Pampelonne Beach was an easy drive away too. All in all, a perfect holiday location.
A beautiful villa
A beautiful villa with an even better view! Very peaceful - a perfect place to relax and de-stress.
