Villa Bucolica II is a beautifully restored, air-conditioned Tuscan farmhouse with large private pool and a spectacular panoramic view over woodland and olive groves on the edge of Monsummano Terme in the Valdinievole Valley. Built in the second half of the 18th Century, Villa Bucolica II, has been lovingly renovated, retaining the true spirit and essence of all things Tuscan.

This property sits in 18 acres of private, tranquil grounds alongside its sister villa, IT1710 Villa Bucolica I. Both properties can be booked together for large groups of up to 22, perhaps for a special family occasion, but booked individually, each offers privacy and comfort both inside and out with large gardens enclosed by laurel hedges. The fantastic private swimming pool complete with spill-over edge and Jacuzzi sits a short distance away from the villa across the perfectly manicured lawn.

The nearest shops, restaurants and tennis are in the village of Monsumanno Terme just 1.5km away where you will also find hot caves – a 200m deep floodlit grotto with 36 degree thermal waters in which you can swim; nature’s own spa! The larger Spa town of Montecatini Terme is only 4km where you will find a larger choice of amenities, including Spas. You are also within an easy drive of the coast at Viarreggio, and the historical towns and art cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca
