Bellagio luxury villa with swimming pool - This is a charming property with heated pool in a stunning location overlooking Lake Como and the town of Bellagio. The property was designed and built to ensure all client comforts, from the wine cellar on the ground floor, through the sauna and gym area, well equipped kitchen and public areas, to the private pool and garden that enjoys magnificent views across the surrounding countryside.
The views extend to the west over Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta and east towards the Grigne mountain range: to the north are picture postcard views with Bellagio in the foreground and the two branches of Lake Como and the Alps as the backdrop. Within two minutes' drive of the villa are restaurants, pizzerias, a bakery, grocery and café-bar, whilst in Bellagio's historical centre less than two miles away there is of course a wider choice of dining options and shops. A local boat service in Bellagio serves the numerous towns and villages around the lake, so this is a good starting point to explore Como. Further afield is the town of Como itself, with Milan, Bergamo and Lugano all within day trip range.
The owners of the property can arrange almost any type of extra service you may require including transfers, chefs, babysitters, boat tours of the lake, car rental and tickets for the opera in Milan or Verona.

After a day of walking, cycling or other activities, what a treat to come back to this house with all its comforts and its stunning views over Lake Como. You can use the gym here, and you may want to follow that up with a sauna. Then you could relax on a sunlounger after a dip in the heated pool - or sit on the covered dining terrace with a bottle of wine from the cellar - and just soak up the scenery. Eventually everyone will want to eat, so head a mile or two down the road towards beautiful Bellagio for a good choice of restaurants and cafes. You can pick up boats here to explore the lake. When you want to go further afield, Milan and Bergamo are both well worth visiting. The perfect villa for a truly memorable holiday.”
Booked last year & was very pleased
More emphasis should be put on the access to the villa - it really is extremely narrow. Nothing bigger than a small to medium car can go there comfortably. Otherwise the villa is fantastic and we loved it.
