“ This is an unusual property but you are sure to love it as much as I do! Divided into well-equipped suites, everybody has their own space, but with a fabulous outdoor living area you can get together and really make the most of our southern Italian outdoor lifestyle. For the evenings when you don't want to cook, you could try the Michelin-starred Don Alfonso 1890 restaurant less than ten minutes' away at Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi; alternatively, family-run Lo Stuzzichino in the same village offers excellent cuisine in a relaxed setting - ask Mimmo for his excellent, award-winning 'cremino' dessert! ”
The most wonderful family holiday
We have had the most wonderful family holiday at Villa Siderea. Our expectations were exceeded in every way - the location was amazing, the villa, facilities, amenities and comfort were excellent, and above all the staff and their attitude were exceptional from Lisa the organiser, Susie the maid and Dario the driver - all so friendly and helpful. The 'extras' we booked - the Pizza Class / the chefs who came and cooked dinner on our last night / the taxi which Lisa arranged for our trip to Pompeii and the guide she booked for our tour there / the tour of the Lemon Farm - were all spot on. We were so lucky with the weather so the outdoor living area was a big bonus, and the children were in and out of the pool having a great time. We filled in a questionnaire for their feedback with ticks in all the right boxes. They requested comments for improvement and the one thing we all missed was a full length mirror in each suite. We also felt an ice bucket for our evening glass of wine by the pool would be a good idea. Regarding your directions to the villa from the airport, it would be useful to mention the 2 euros needed for the toll gate just a couple of miles from the airport, it saves time if your ready for it. The journey time was also longer than expected due to congestion in Sorrento, which apparently is quite normal. Once again thank you for all your help, we will certainly come back to you if we are planning a similar trip.
